- Co-founder and Managing Partner at General Global Capital, a concentrated growth-stage technology investment firm.
- Shah’s ability to identify winning investment opportunities in Frontier Tech, FinTech, Enterprise SaaS and tech-enabled services is demonstrated by his track record at GenGlobal Capital, where the firm has made 20+ investments including SpaceX, SoFi, Impossible Foods, Grab, and Figure.
- 16 years of experience as a technology investor and financial services professional, where he has worked on 20+ M&A transactions worth $5B+.
- Previously, Shah was a Partner at Grail Partners, a stage agnostic principal investing and investing banking firm focused in Financial Technology, Specialty Finance, Asset Management and Real Estate.
- Started his career at PWC as a Management Consultant in Banking and Capital Markets.
- Shah holds a BS in Operations Research and Engineering from Cornell University.
Manpreet Singh, CFO and Board Member
- CFO and Board Member of Northern Revival Acquisition Corp.
- Singh oversees all investment decisions as Chief Investment Officer at Singh Capital Partners, and also serves as a Venture Partner to General Global Capital.
- His experience in providing value-additive investing from his entrepreneurial and operations background has enabled him to serve on the boards of over 10 companies, including Acquco, EVT Group, Founderpath, Oats Overnight, as well as co-founder and President of TalkLocal.
- In 2006, Singh became one of the youngest CFA charter holders in the world, and has been quoted and published by Bloomberg, Washington Post, Forbes, etc. He started his career at Profit Investment Management where he helped grow AUM from $20M to over $2B.
- Singh holds an MBA from the Wharton School in Finance, Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Management, and a B.S in Finance from the University of Maryland.
Asad Zafar, Board Member

- Zafar’s wealth of experience is tied to energy markets, where he currently is an Equities Portfolio Manager at Vitol, a leading multinational energy and commodity trading company.

- Advisor to the $321M SPAC Founder (NASDAQ: $FOUN).
- Prior, he worked as an Investment Professional in energy portfolio management at Citadel, Managing Director & Energy Portfolio Manager at Karlin Asset Management, as well as an Associate Director, Global Energy Group at UBS.
- Zafar holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.A in CS, Mathematics and Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.
David Tanzer, Board Member

- Tanzer has served on 10 boards and has deep expertise in M&A consulting and executive operations in companies in B2B SaaS, sustainability, real estate and AI/machine learning.
- He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A from Harvard College.
Aimée Christensen, Board Member

- CEO at Christensen Global Strategies, LLC where she advises corporate and nonprofit clients on climate-smart growth strategy.
- Christensen served as the director of Enerblu, Inc. and executive director of Sun Valley Institute for Resilience and provided strategic vision and overall operational direction.
- Christensen received her Juris Doctor degree from Stanford University Law School and received a BA in Latin American Studies & Anthropology from Smith College.
